Hello all,
I think it's time to ask for some advice.
My cold GMAT score was 350 (which I know is catastrophic) the weighting was Q14 V22.
I recognise that my quant score is very low and I need to start with basic concepts from scratch. In South Africa, our high-school maths is not at the level of European/developed countries.
My exam is booked for the 23rd of April 2020 - the score needed to get into my school of choice is 550, ideally, I'd like to score 600.
Any advice in terms of a study plan, and is 550 within the timeframe specified an achievable goal considering my cold score?
I am currently doing a GMAT prep class (Sundays from 09:30 am to 4:30 pm), how can I supplement this with at-home study to reach my goal?
I would say take each topic at a time.
Understand and practise it till you are able to solve 600 level questions.
Do this for all the topics in quant.
Once you are comfortable with these question then only you move to higher level ones.
Also, dont rush to look answer and solution. Try to fight it out and then look for the method. You will need to learn the correct method of solving those questions.
It will need real hard work but it is achievable. If you are not working then put all the hours you have. It is just a matter of few months and you will enjoy the sweat of your hard work.
All the best!!
Give Kudos if you like the advise.
