GMAT – yet to take (expect around 690)
Education –
Chartered Accountancy (C.A.)
B.Com. 66.81%

Work experience – 3 years + 2 years of Articleship experience (at KPMG) prior to completion of graduation
Currently, a founding team member of a transaction and business advisory start-up.
Close to 5 years of experience in Deal Advisory at KPMG (including articleship period) where I did the following –
1. Advised and handheld promoters of a renowned Indian apparel company (Revenue size – INR 850 crores in FY 2017-18) throughout the IPO process of the company
2. Worked on India’s largest consummated FDI transaction till date i.e. Essar-Rosneft deal – due diligence services, domestic and international tax advisory and preparing tax opinions
3. Conceptualized, analyzed and evaluated 25+ corporate restructuring transactions (incl. merger /demerger, share/ business transfer(s), inbound and outbound transactions involving Indian and foreign entities) from a tax and regulatory perspective. This primarily required detailed analysis of various laws like Income Tax Law (alongwith India’s Tax Treaties with various nations), Corporate Law, FEMA, SEBI regulations, Stamp Duty Act, etc.
4. Modeled tax effective and regulatory compliant business restructuring solutions for clients in various industries leading to tax optimization of over INR 50 crores for clients
5. Independently handled 40+ buy side and vendor Tax Due Diligence engagements for various PE funds and sovereign wealth funds
6. Assisted HNIs and Promoter Groups in succession planning - laying down the roadmap for family arrangements / settlements involving re-structuring of controlling stake in family businesses and high value property for smooth succession of family wealth
Recognition at work: 3 awards, one being for Essar – Rosneft engagement

The profile seems pretty strong on Work experience and Extracurricular front.
I potentially see many stories to highlight stellar achievements at work as well as showcase diversity through the strong extracurricular.
Needless to say the right stories will have to be selected (you possibly cannot be telling everything)
GMAT does make the overall profile a bit 'iffy' for Booth. Based on the info give I'd recommend to put in a little more time to take it up to a 720 if possible. What other schools is she targeting?
All said, I don't see the most critical element- what are her career goals? If she is already running a startup (and assuming it is fairly new), why MBA and why now?
To conclude- Good Work Ex + Strong on Diversity + Iffy on GMAT + Missing Career Goals. Bump the last 2 (GMAT and goals) up and you have a strong profile to apply.

The work experience quoted is impressive. It also seems that this is mostly the kind of work that is done in large and hierarchical teams. So the real question is going to be: What exactly did the candidate contribute? A secondary question would be: Outside of the candidate's personal contributions, how much knowledge does she have about the aspects of the project that she wasn't personally involved in? This could also be a value-add to her MBA section and her post-MBA job.
Then there is the question of her GMAT. Her GMAT and academic profile are on the weaker side.
Booth is a school that places emphasis on intellectual strength - her academic profile will make it a little difficult for her.
A GMAT retake, plus a clear answer to my question above will help her candidature. It would be wise to consider schools across the top-20 as well. (given current GMAT)
