I just realized that wannabe Boothies have not started flocking in to the forums yet. This will change that. Who else is out there: SHOW yourself!! The other schools are catching up. I will apply to Booth for the first time and I am excited. If there are any reapplicants or current students, I'd love to know the last year's application experience!

Based on what I noticed last year, they start East (Oceania and Asia) and slowly move West. Just logic I guess considering it's already evening in Far East Asia by the time the admissions office opens in Chicago. I remember the first calls being reported at around 9 am Chicago time I think.

What would you guys do if you accidentally miss the call? Will you try to call back or just wait for another call? Not sure they call twice though:)

In that case, they just cross your off the list No, they don't usually call again - you just get an email or you can see the status change on the portal.

If you miss the call then you are automatically put on the waitlist for Round 2.... Just kidding, hopefully they leave a voicemail and then you wait for the portal to update with the good news. If you get no calls then you wait for the portal to be updated with the not so good news.... Posted from my mobile device

Yes, Booth calls one day before and portal is updated next day. As per Indian time, you can expect calls between 6-9 PM tomorrow, most probably between 7.30-8.30PM. The next day portal should be updated around 7-7.30 PM IST.
