Just finished my Tepper interview, it was in line with what everyone else said. Very relaxed and conversational, it was a good experience for sure.
FYI, the interview is blind; your interviewer will have only seen your resume.
The questions I remember are:
1) Walk me through your resume, from undergrad to now.
2) Why MBA/Post-grad goals.
3) Why Tepper
4) Example of a time something at work was difficult, how you solved it.
5) Working with people from different cultures.
There were questions that came up as conversation between my responses, but overall, a conversational kind of "get to know you" interview.
