Hi All, I am an IT engineer with 3 years exp. Have a little bit of diverse experience in leadership as currently I am leading the cultural group of my company in the location for Associate Engagement activities. Aside from this, I have over 3+ part time experience during college in multi-level marketing. My profile summary is as follows: Class X - 93.8% Class XII - 84.8% CGPA - 6.85/10 GMAT - 710 Considering my poor GPA, can anyone pls comment on my chances at Tepper?

kunaljubce you've probably heard this a million times over at this point, but it's all up to your holistic app. A large part is dependent on the strength of your essays and your interview. It's going to be person by person. You are, indeed, in a difficult spot but it's not impossible. My friend is only one data point, but he had a higher GMAT (750) and lower GPA (mid-2 out of 4.0) and was just accepted. Someone else on this forum also had similar stats (high GMAT, low GPA) and got an interview and didn't get in...so again, it's all up to the individual. At this point, considering you can't really improve other aspects of your profile, if you could potentially get your GMAT up higher, that would for sure help. Good Luck!

Just got interviewed by Nicole. Such a nice and friendly lady. The way she talked to me really boosted my confidence.

Received an email a few hours ago that my application is complete and will be reviewed by the admissions committee. Happy to know I didn't miss anything!

It lasted about 30 minutes. Standard behavioral questions (e.g. a time when I had to convince my team to do something they would rather not do). She didn't ask to walk her through my resume, though. Now I'm just waiting and hoping for the best.

Hi Koraa, I was accepted to Tepper's part-time program in Round 1 and have applied to their full-time program in Round 2. If you were interviewed in Round 1, you won't be invited to the interview again. They will just use the materials from previous round to make their decision. At least that's true for me. Thanks
