No necessarily. You have to complete it within two weeks your application submission.
However, I would suggest you not to wait for application deadline even to submit application as the reviews happens as and when u submit and you may get a call even before the application deadline

Congrats Shoum! Any advice, takeaways would you like to share for other applicants?

I would advise focussing on the following things...

1. Network with students there. They are very helpful and helps you to increase your research about the school.
2. To do extensive research on the school, like Re-vamped MBA program, GAP etc...
3. The interviewer is usually very friendly and makes you comfortable. So, not to worry about that but focus more on various Leadership, Situational, Behavioral questions.
Ritika's interview debrief would be a helpful guide to it. We were asked almost the same questions.

I am also up for any specific questions if someone has any...

I had this happen last year. My portal was updated prior to the phone call, although I'm not sure of how long before since I hadn't been checking it regularly and I found out via the call when they asked if I had seen the update.
