Hey guys, I started drafting the essays for the application and was wondering if there are any who are targeting the early decision round which is due Sep 4th. Also I couldn't find essay prompt analysis anywhere yet, so wondering if anyone has made any progress. There are the below two questions in the prompt. Wondering what the school is expecting from the first question. Essay Question I: How do you expect to be changed by your experience at IESE and what impact you would like to make after your MBA? (word limit 300 max) Essay Question II: What are your short and medium term post MBA career goals and how will IESE help you achieve them? (word limit 300 max) Thank you.

Ok... i would be slightly worried if you're on your final draft and you're still not sure what you want to write. anyway: I suggest you just answer the question. "How do you plan to finance your MBA and why do think you deserve a scholarship? (500 words)" I personally went over an overview of my background, why i want an MBA, why I could use a scholarship, and .... why i believe i deserve one (in my case i went over what i could contribute to the class). it's probably one of the most straightforward essays.

Thanks aeon86 for the prompt response I just wanted clarity just to make sure I was not out of context as I too felt my response to be straightforward with some overlap with my other essays. I'll go ahead and submit my application

My client is doing a green energy startup, in fact already in process with it and I asked her to write about her business concept and a bit about how a scholarship would allow her to go to market sooner. She isn't financially needy so I felt this was the best direction to take: appealing to altruism and social conscience.

From what I checked from the previous rounds (in this thread), between 7 to 12 days after application deadlines.
