Screwed atleast 2 questions out of 5. Fumbled in the last question too. Ran out of time. :/
1)Time when you were part of successful group
2)How you lead teams- Couldnt express myself properly. Paused alot.
3)Innovative leader you admire the most
4)Skills of a good problem solver
5)How your past experiences prepared you for MBA. - fumbled alot. I mean alot. I think i wasted about 5-10 seconds with the word leadership.
Alas.!!
Other 3 questions I know I did well though.

Hi

I wish you success in your applications. Focus on the incoming interviews. Honestly, you should not bother in most question but the last question must be done properly as it simply describes your MBA goals and reinforce your essay. So try to understand train yourself as you might face in actual interview of other schools.

Thanks for a great tip.
I know that last question was important but once I lost the flow, under the time pressure I couldn't re gather myself. I know I can speak english well, but I got a tad nervous in front of the camera. I know the same wont happen in front of a person. Well, it's all in their hands now. I hope they look past that. Fingers crossed.!!
