Mudit and I have received interview calls from Stern about a month back. "Under review" doesn't look like a ding to me, but more likely a "waitlist" as the status for your application has not been declared yet.

I submitted on 14th Sept, still my app status states under review. For what it's worth, my friend applied with me but got a rejection mail last week. So its probable that you and me would be waitlisted.
