Hi lego2020 . I chose to conduct skype interview for some reasons. I believe that there is somehow another way to show our interest and enthusiasm to join the program. Moreover, I consider myself as an applicant whose disadvantages to take personal interview and I believe the admission should think quite the same. So as a suggestion, I think it will be ok if you take skype interview, but just make sure that u show what you've got on the interview. Good luck.

Are they still sending interview invites for R3 applicants. Is there still any hope to get the invite as the decision date is 23rd March?

No big deal, just light conversation with Katie Luster. I got usual questions such as why MBA, why Olin, what will you specifically after the graduation, time when being crative, time when wokr in different culture and so on. Wish u luck dude.
