So, I was interviewed by someone from the Tepper admissions team last week and I think it went fairly well. Like most other people have said, it was very conversational. You had your "usual suspect" questions asking about your work history, your long-term and short-term goals, experience in teams with people from different cultures / nationalities, why Tepper and for the regular questions, I think that was about it. The interviewer did, however, ask me questions about my company that I did not anticipate, but, was able to answer. For example, "In a few words, summarize what your company stands for". The follow up question to that was "how does your current role align / help the company to achieve its goals". I'm paraphrasing, but it was along those lines.
All the best to everyone.
