Looks like they invited a big wave of high GPA/GMAT applicants a week after the deadline, and judging by ClearAdmit, they've moved on to splitters and applicants with lower stats.

Anyways, I still haven't heard anything. Starting to sink in that this is a ding.

So I take it if you haven't received an invite up till now then chances are high you're dinged? Because I haven't seen a single ding come out yet...

It's been all interview invites so far, but not all interview invites have been sent.

So not hearing by now is not a good sign, but there is still a chance until you're dinged. How much that says about your chances I don't know (does Yale invite the strongest candidates first? is there a different system?).

Yeah definitely not a good sign. It does seem like they invited all the high gpa/gmat candidates first. However, I guess we just need to keep hope alive and wait for the R1 deposit deadline which is supposed to be Feb 16?

I hope they accept some WL after the R1 deposit deadline...I am one of the unfortunate who has been WL in round 1 :(

Personally, I am waiting till Friday this week post which the likelihood of a ding will definitely sink in.

I have an interview tomorrow (Darden) post which I'll hit the road and go on a long drive for about a week. The wait seems endless.

My application status was updated to interview requested today but i have not received any email from yale. Does the status update mean I have been invited to interview? Should I email the school?
