The email included how to schedule an on-campus interview and main contents of the interview as well as activities available on the campus tour, etc. It also introduced how to arrange a Skype or hub city interview. Have most invites already gone out? Any idea when the next wave will be?

According to Bruce's email "interview invitations may come at any point throughout the round up until our Round 1 decision release date, December 5, 2018." I think there are plenty of invites yet to go out. According to last year's thread and Clear Admit Live Wire, interview invites go about about once a week. The first round went out on September 21, 2017 with the second round coming out around the 29th. So if that is to be believed, I think we should see another round come out around October 1.

I think another wave went out, I just received an interview invitation at 12:38pm ET.

I don't think you should worry, Jungshook. From the 2017 data we know that about 700 offers were extended to students. I conservatively put estimate the invitations to interview at 800. R1 and R2 most probably weigh 40% each and this translates to atleast 320 interview invites for R1. Plenty left, IMO. The Adcom have also repeatedly said that the order of response is random and that interview invites can be expected until the R2 deadline. Relax and don't let the constant uncertainty get to you.
