Kakashi senpai,
As you correctly pointed out, ISB has a min 2 yr full time work ex eligibility criteria so the candidate is technically not eligible to apply. I won't keep my hopes high in such a case.

Hey aniki,
A student with less than 2 years is considered as a Early entry applicant so the statement technically not eligible to apply is incorrect but yes i agree with your last sentence. with a heavy heart I will tell him to not keep his hopes up

Almost all applicants wear business formals for the interview. However, if you think you are more comfortable without a tie, then go for a formal blazer. Look presentable and smart, that's all.

This might be a silly question, but what is the ideal attire for the interview?
I was doing some research !! Almost everywhere it says interviews has only 10-20% weightage on the final admission decission . So if you have a stellar profile and good GMAT score , even with a below average interview you will get admission .
Admits from Round 1 are going to be tough to get. Heard from a current student at ISB that they confirm only the top 25% or so of R1 applicants. Those who did well but are below this cut, will be waitlisted and compared with the R2 group. Is this how it normally works ?
