The info shared is limited in nature to give a complete feedback.
While school/university level scores look decent, the GRE is slightly below average.
Can something else in your profile compensate for the same? Potentially, yes but will depend on the nature of your work (not much detail here what is your role, company achievements, career growth, impact at work etc) and clarity of thought and fit with MBA (your long term and short term goals post MBA).
Extracurricular seem to show potential are B-School favorites. Can strengthen your profile if presented well. In fact, there is more info around your extracurricular here than about your role. Might be something you may want to focus on during your application.

Total Work ex - 4yrs
1.Current Work exp: (9months)
Working in mercedes benz india. In the current role , working on Software and hardware Development with different stake holder management,procurement,supplier interaction,critical decision on Development costs and timelines management.
Work Involves close collabration and interaction with German, US and Japanese Counterparts.
2.Previous Work exp : (3.5yrs)
Worked at robert bosch india. Work basically involved Full SW development with regular OEM Interaction, End to end SW delivery and Cross Functional interaction with Different Teams in Europe.

2.Several Awards from the Managers for Work and Efficiency.

Undergrad: Very Good. While your scores are great additional information around where you graduated from would help us in evaluating this metric in a better manner.
Work Experience:
Software developers in a company typically work in silos and don’t get a lot of opportunity to influence the business side of things. Since you have done this, you should really focus on the stakeholder interactions you have had, the impact you were you able to create, and thus justify how your roles have been differentiated from the typical IT pool applying to ISB. With 4+ years of experience, the admission committee would want to see leadership and team management attributes in your profile. You should focus on how and in which context did you demonstrate these skills and how did those scenarios influence your personality. Connected cars and Autonomous vehicles are buzz words in terms of automotive technology. In case you have worked on any such assignments (ex. implementation of IOT trackers in the car / application of Computer Vision from cameras fitted in cars) you should call them out and explain how these experiences would enrich your cohort.
Extracurricular: Below Average; seems you didn’t pursue any EC post-graduation and most of the position of responsibilities you held were restricted to just the 4 years of college. You will need to think of some interest area (it can be as trivial as following latest trends in tech industry through podcasts, clubhouse etc.). Ad coms want to know the other side of you.
Goals: While becoming a PM has become an obvious next step for a lot of IT applicants, I am interested to know how you intend to make a switch from automotive to e-com when these two are quite unrelated. In case you end up mentioning this shift as your career goal, please clearly state the transferrable skillsets you will take from the automotive industry and apply in e-com.
Overall, I believe that you will need to focus on demonstrating differentiated skillsets and experiences throughout the entire application – essays, LOR and application form, to stand a realistic chance to get into ISB with your score and considering the highly competitive applicant pool you belong to.
