Hi there! GREAT profile! Let me first address your points of worry. It's ok that your recommenders are not MBA's. What matters most is that they can give clear, concrete examples of your leadership potential, teamwork skills, problem solving skills, intellect, etc. The only concern I would have is that they may not be familiar with the format, but you can mitigate that by having someone take a look for them or finding some example MBA rececommendations for them to check-out. I review my client's recommendations for their recommenders often and just give high level feedback re: whether the content is clear / deep enough etc. I'd highly recommend you get someone to take a look with that lens. P lease avoid writing them yourself as many recommenders will ask you to do.
It's also ok that you won't have been with you firm for a year. I encounter this all the time. You have two choices: 1) use two recommenders from a previous firm and then write a paragraph in the optional section of the app explaining why; or 2) (preferred) get a recommendation from someone who you've worked closely with even for a shorter period of time at your current firm. I've seen great recommendations written by people who have worked together for only 6 months or less (eg. most consulting firm recommendations because the project teams change so often).
As for your overall profile, I think you have a great shot at the schools you're targeting! You know that being an Indian citizen puts you in a very competitive pool of applicants; however, I think you have opportunities to differentiate yourself via your international work experience and perhaps extracurriculars etc. You have nice stats, so it will truly come down to making sure that you have a strong story (be more specific than your current goal) and great essays.
Hope this helps and best of luck! We have a free consult that focuses on your strengths / weaknesses and advice for getting started, so I'm happy to do that sometime if you like. You can email me directly
