I heard a lot of good comments about Center for Creative Leadership. It is a five day program created to help middle to senior level managers lead in the "middle zone". Managing in the "middle zone" is about connecting strategy to the everyday work.

I partially agree with you, but it is possible to develop your skills. As I understand the leader is somebody the most interested in the certain activity, whether you gather your friends for a barbecue party or start a new business. The most frightening thing to me is to be indifferent to anything. I see such people every day, and that's my main motivator not to be passive

What are the chances of international students landing a leadership development program gig post their MBAs in the USA? I have just over 5 years of experience in Retail and E-commerce (Category & Operations Management + Business Development) in India, and I was wondering if that would be a factor (positive or negative) while pursuing a spot in Amazon's RLDP or Pathways Operations Management Program or even say L'Oreal's Management Development Program.

Landing in "normal" corporate jobs in the USA is becoming more and more difficult in the current US political climate. The specific LDP usually states whether or not they will sponsor.

A word of caution on the "development programs". Recently, I've noticed a trend of company using the "rotational/leadership" program as a way to funnel highly qualified candidates into roles that are otherwise unattractive (difficult to fill). Amazon's Pathway program may be the poster-child of this trend. It's great if you are looking to getting the field of operations/logistics post MBA. However, typical top tier MBA grads are not looking for the high pressure, long hour, poor working condition, low paying opportunities, and limited career path that the Pathway Program would place them into (you will be managing hourly workers in one of Amazon's fulfillment center).
