Can anybody explain the "Decision Notification Form"? Is the deadline the same as the deposit? It's unclear what it is and when it's due haha

I dont think it has a deadline.
I did submit it along with my first deposit.
Yet it can still be edited and updated.
So I think it doesn't have any particular deadline for that matter.
