I had my interview recently. Very conversational, the interviewer was very friendly and wasn't intimidating at all. Went for 40-50mins. The interviewer had reviewed my application documents in advance so it wasn't a blind interview. Questions were pretty stock standard MBA interview ones. Think all the questions I was asked are covered in the question bank from the Ellin Lolis page for the Foster interview, so if you are comfortable answering those you should be pretty set.

Do we get the email from Foster even if the profile is not shortlisted for the Interview?
