Yale SOM Calling all 2018 intake applicants - Class of 2020 As they say, the early bird catches the worm. Where are you guys at? I am a Yale Class of 2020 hopeful and looking to feel the GMAT Club folks (read: testing out the competition). Let's here it from everyone planning early, and some profile discussions may be? It also takes only 15 minutes for the whole thing. If you wait too long you may make yourself more nervous so I would just submit your app and the next day practice several times on the software or over skype with a friend and then just go for it.

Chances that first round of Yale interview invites go out this week?

Just submitted the videos... Wasn't too happy with my responses to #2 and #3 but it is what it is now...

Very high!! I will submit my video essays tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

How do they do this? Do they do rolling invites and then all dings on the final day? Or could we be dinged this week as well?

From what I have read nobody gets dings until the decision release date and they can have interviews all the way up until the decision date....but I also have noticed that A LOT of people get the invite in the first or second wave..so chances that you are going to get an interview obviously decrease with the amount of time that passes BUT we will still have to keep hope all the way until the decision deadline since it is not impossible to have to wait that long too.
