Sage is great at teaching how to think in an efficient way and identify strategies to really accelerate your progress in improving the GMAT score or achieve a dream score. Sage is excellent in helping create a structure, study targets to be able to work independently and learn from mistakes to achieve your dream GMAT score.
Furthermore, Sage is a very inspiring, patient and encouraging professor, whether it is class or in the context of private tutoring. He teaches his students how to solve virtually any problem in a very efficient and interesting way, which would be extremely valuable for improving one’s GMAT score. Keith was a great - and entertaining - teacher during the in-person course. Even after the 9-week course ended, he answered several emails and gave me feedback on specific areas to improve.

In addition, MPrep has a solid online student portal, which has 6 CATs. I'd also highly recommend watching the achieved videos of Thursdays w/ Ron.

My only piece of feedback/advise for future students is to focus on quality vs. quantity when reviewing questions. My initial approach was to do as many questions as possible. While this helped increase my score a little bit, I only saw massive improvements once I slowed down and spent more time solving fewer problems via multiple ways (i.e. algebra, plug-in own #s, back-solving).

Took the in-person Manhattan Prep course with Keith Blume in Chicago at the beginning of this year and highly recommend! The curriculum offers ample material to not only learn the core content necessary for the exam but also efficient test-taking strategies. Keith was very helpful in pinpointing ways to reduce mistakes and see things I had not previously seen before, and he also created a customized post-course study plan based on my previous practice tests and goals. My first practice test at the beginning of the course was a 600 and I managed to increase that score 100+ with a first attempt on the actual GMAT. As painful as going to a class for three hours every Sunday was, Keith made it worth it. He gets to know you and eases all of your stresses around not only the GMAT but also the business school application process in general. He challenges you to tell how you are reasoning through problems so that he can see where you need to adapt your thinking to align more with the test. He teaches strategies for the exam that you actually remember during practice CATs and on the exam itself. I went from very low early CATs to beating my target score on my first GMAT exam thanks to Keith. I would highly recommend!

This Manhattan Prep class is a great intro into taking the GMAT, it got my going and allowed me to create a study plan. It's a good way to get your feet wet and learn tips and tricks to allow you to test better. I made sure to complete all the homework and even worked on the extra material. he resources, books, and practice exams that Manhattan Prep provides are perfect for doing well. When I started my GMAT journey, I scored a 490 on my first Manhattan CAT. I was certainly not one of those "Score a 740 in 20 days" stories. In David's Manhattan prep class I learned all of the ground-up framework necessary to understand the GMAT and strategize how to conquer it. Equally as important, as the COVID-19 crisis emerged, David and Manhattan prep made the transition to online learning seamless. At this point David and I had started private tutoring and he was able to give me a structured workload with followup meetings to keep me on track. As I continued to advance, David and I dug deeper into different strategies to tackle the toughest questions while reinforcing the framework that was built in the beginning. The Manhattan prep curriculum is great and Jamie was the best instructor! They have plenty of practice set available that you wont run out. The class sessions were especially valuable in helping me. I got behind on the homework, so the live online classes were really what kept me focused and engaged each week.

Before I took the class I was just doing practice problems in the official guide but seeing minimal progress. MP's curriculum really helps you to attack the test the way that the writers are trying to teach you. That is ultimately what contributed to my 100 point increase from my first 2 practice test to the real GMAT.
