The posts above do give me a chill, but am sure that there is a school in my list that will look into my profile beyond the GMAT. Since I'm doing several applicant initiated interviews, December would be the judgement month for me.

Schools you want to get in: HBS (dinged), Stanford (MBA/MS EIPER), MIT LGO, Kellogg 1Y, Plan to apply to Ross, Duke, CBS and maybe Haas and Yale in Round 2
Reapplicant? Which schools? Nope
GMAT, UG: 170 (Q) + 160 (V) - equivalent to 750 GMAT; UG from top 10-15 engineering school
Profile:
LSAT : 95th percentile: Have admits from a couple of Top 15 law schools
30 years at matriculation, PGDM from top 5 Bschool ; CAT - 99.91, XAT - 99.63, JMET - AIR 8
Certified Financial Risk Manager; CFA Level II candidate
Several double digit country ranks in at national aptitude exams at school
Internships during Under-grad and grad at Siemens, BMW and nuclear and thermal power plants
Total work ex of 6.5 years (7 at matriculation)
3.5 years - Working at a very large Indian power company: started off with Project Finance working with US Exim on a 600Mn USD deal - helped close financing documents and obtain first disbursement.
Moved to Regulatory and policy advocacy role: Worked with industry associations to push for reforms in energy sector in India - responsible for many new policy reforms (as part of groups)
Filed multiple petitions in courts and helped company win lawsuits worth ~7Bn USD.
0.5 year - Assisted the chairman of another large power company in regulatory and policy related works
Last 2.5 years - co-founded a renewable energy company now ~1Mn USD and backed by lenders; team of about 50 now
Extra-currics - set up blood donation camps, many Club president etc work at college and grad school; debating, magazine and newsletter editor at school and college,scuba diving and quizzing.

Also: Hold the Chartered Accountant Desination
Schools: Harvard (Already dinged w/o interview), Kellogg, Booth, Tuck (Applied), Columbia (Working on app)
Work Ex: 4 Years in finance in a large Indian FMCG (Cigarette to FMCG Major)/ 1 Year FP&A at another Indian FMCG. Now (Last 3 months) in Finance at an Indian Head Office of an E-com Giant
Extras: Work with a children's NGO/some French Language certifications (its kinda light)

It's just that people with high GMAT score are posting. Others with lower scores see these scores and decide not to post theirs.

Nothing yet. I've applied to MIT & Michigan Ross in R1. The rest are planned for R2.
