sure, you can ask your interviewer to switch to English, but I recommend to do the initial chit-chatting in the language your interviewer starts speaking to you in (assuming you can hold a simple conversation). If it's not English, after the small talk you can politely ask to switch.
Also, when you reach out to both your interviewers to schedule your interviews, write your emails in English. If they reply in English, there is a high chance the entire interview will be conducted in English.
INSEAD alumni are quite global, so chances are that at least one of them is a foreigner in the country you reside and also prefers English.
