Deadlines: Round 1 : Oct 4, 2017 Round 2 : Jan 4. 2018 Round 3 : March 9, 2018 Decision Release Round 1 : Dec 13, 2017 Round 2 : March 14. 2018 Round 3 : May 9, 2018 REQUIRED ESSAY Tell us about yourself! There are no right or wrong answers. Be authentic and tell us what we won’t learn about you in the rest of your application. Imagine that you meet up with a member of the admission committee at an airport while on a layover. You have an opportunity to make a memorable impression. Use this essay to introduce yourself. Include any information that you believe is important for the committee member to know about you, both professionally and personally. Only one essay is required. Requirements: 300-350 words maximum, 12-point font, double-spaced OPTIONAL ESSAY There also is an optional essay for additional information about your candidacy that you may wish to share with the admissions committee. Use this essay to convey important information that you may not have otherwise been able to convey. This may include unexplained resume gaps, context for recommender selection, etc. If you are a re-applicant, explain how your candidacy has strengthened since your last application. So I was going through my Tepper application - and I just realized that on the employment section on the application, in 'Description' section I have included description about my organization and NOT my role! Was it implicit that we should include information about our role and not the organization??

Hey GMATAspire290 , Ideally it should be a mixture of both but I think that should be fine because your role must have already been described in your resume. So, keep your fingers crossed now and stay positive. All the best
