80th percentile as in the class profile range? Or in terms of absolute gmat/gre score ?

Is there an application fee? I cannot see after submitting?

Yes, there is a fee of 250$. After submitting your application, you will see it on the page confirming LOR and Transcripts. Ideally, Darden should not have accepted an application without the Fees and LORs but apparently they are treating the application as a separate component from the LOR and the fees, and all 3 components are mandatory.
