Did any other ROUND 2 applicants who have *already* interviewed but have not yet received a decision receive an email yesterday with a few student profiles and a small reminder at the bottom regarding the ROUND 3 deadline? I'm concerned about the reminder at the bottom because I already applied and interviewed.

Fairly sure this is a generic message sent out to anyone with an email registered with the application portal (I still receive random emails from NYU despite just opening an app and never submitting). I don't know if I would try and look too much into it/try to read the tea leaves and whatnot.

I haven't interviewed and didn't get that email so no, I don't think it's just a generic email.

Weird! The mystery deepens! Wondering if anyone else who has interviewed received it? I called the office, and they said it was "probably" a mass email. Confused.

I have recently been asked by several admitted students about Anderson's strengths, how Anderson helped me in my career transition (Goldman Sachs Operations to Digital/Content Marketing at Microsoft), and what they should be considering when choosing what MBA program to attend.

For me, the biggest thing was by far and away the ability to do more than one internship during my time in b-school. It would have been hard for me to convince a recruiter that I was a marketer when all my resume had to show was a 10-week marketing internship and 4+ years of operations experience. However, because of the location and flexibility of the school, I was able to work my entire 2nd-year and by the time I was recruiting for full-time roles, I had four positions and a year of marketing experience on my resume. All of the sudden the conversations I was having with recruiters went from, "Oh, this is a finance guy who is looking to get into marketing," to "Oh, this is a marketing guy who also happened to work at Goldman Sachs."

While I was in school, I wrote this post on this topic, https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/location-mba-career-switchers-have-particular-stake-local-huntington. I actually did two more internships after Little Tikes.

If you are looking to switch industries, functions, or both, Anderson is a place that will give you the tools you need to do that. You just need to be willing to work.

If you have any questions about academic or part-time internships, feel free to send me a message, I would be happy to chat!

Is it true that Anderson only calls on Wednesdays? Seems silly, but someone said it's true!

Judging from this forum and CA, I'd say so. Also looks like admit calls are given priority to those receiving scholarship money (might also just be Forte and Consortium folks). Looks like the interview cutoff for an admit call during a specific "cycle" is Wednesday as well (although I must admit there appear to be a lot of exceptions to this rule).

Take all the above with a grain of salt. This is just me analyzing the previous year/round acceptance status date relative to interview date (or "all docs received" date - unsure about this).

IN WITH SCHOLARSHIP OF 40K I AM SO HAPPPPPPPPYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. A guy named Joseph (?) called and informed that I'm in. Official email will be in my inbox within 24 hours. Super psyched! I think they called me early in the morning but I was busy in a meeting to take notice. Never thought Anderson would be the first school to call!

I interviewed 2/3 and documents submitted 2/14.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

PS. It's so strange the tracker doesn't allow me to pinpoint that UCLA called me on the 15th of March so I can't put it on the portal :(

Thanks for reporting. You should be able to update your status on tracker now. I've adjusted the setting of UCLA tracker.
