Yes, they let me know in the phone call that I was awarded a scholarship and then a separate email from my acceptance email explained the details and amount of my award.

Does Foster negotiate on scholarships?

I am applying in R2. Not sure how to convert my Indian CGPA to US grade scale. Can someone help me out.. Hey, I ended up doing an approximate conversion. It was quite a chore trying to do it. I don't remember what exactly I did but I sort of looked at an equivalent scale.
