For r1, the scholarship letter was updated after a few minutes.
I first received an e-mail regarding the decision. Then, I checked the portal which only had my decision letter.
After 10-15 mins, the scholarship letter was updated.

If you haven't yet received an e-mail, I'd say wait a few minutes.

Moderator Note: Just checked my previous posts. It looks like the scholarship letter was updated after about 2 hours.

Going by what happened in R1, if you're offered a scholarship, you'll get another letter below the decision letter on the portal.
It might take a while before this letter is update though.

Admitted. Portal update says "please scroll to the bottom" to see letters mentioning possible scholarship. I do not see this type of letter. Does that mean no $ for me?

I thought that too.
The scholarship letter was posted after about an hour for me.
I suggest waiting for a little while before coming to that conclusion!
