I think someone in this discussion made a good suggestion to continue some kind of a competition/daily question posting, though without prizes/etc.

Something for the moderator team to consider.... perhaps a week after this competition is over :)

I also agree to this idea. Please continue with something similar. I would love to be a part of it. :)

I think a game on similar pattern with reasonable prices (GMAT Club prices) may be continued to inspire us.

It was an amazing experience to be a part of the game.
Honestly I was someone who would never post so many explanations or take part in the forum conversations that much, but this competition has somehow changed that and got me more involved.

Thanks a lot bb and all the moderators for this wonderful initiative. It surely helped us to recognize our potential.

And finally I could get my sleep back   (it starts at 11pm my local time and keeps me up till 2am)

Will miss it though. Good luck everyone!!

Really it was an enthusiastic last month :dazed , enjoyed a lot participating in the GoT competition. Thanks a ton, the admin & other moderators for working truly hard & keeping us on our toes to hit the bulls eye. from my perspective, i can say it was really a very pleasant experience & i am back on my study desk after a prolonged period. Thanks again to all, lets wait for the GoT final season (the result) to come on-air.
Special mention bb Bunuel nightblade354. :please Thank you guys for such a cool initiative. feeling confident to work harder towards the mission.

Well... it is pretty much done. All the questions posted, we are just a day away from getting the final scores and then the prize frenzy begins. While we have this lull, I'll take a moment to stop and look back.... It is sad in many ways that this competition is coming to an end. It's been really fun to read the explanations and great to see many people improve and watch the camaraderie. At the same time, I will not miss having to be ready to post kudos, questions, etc. Huge thanks to Bunuel, nightblade354 and especially Skywalker18 for posting the questions and running the competition. It would not be possible without them!

Also, big thanks to the sponsors who have provided the questions (many of these have been written specifically for the competition) and especially for the prizes they have provided.

I just wanted to express my admiration for everybody who BUSTED THEIR (proverbial) NUTS to rack up points during this competition. I can't believe that anybody could possibly crack 10,000 freaking points -- and about a dozen of you are on track to do that. It's amazing. I know how hard it is to post kudos-worthy posts on question after question, and I'm exhausted just thinking about what you've all done over the course of the month.

One of the least-pleasant prizes on the board is two hours in a dungeon in a tutoring session with me. (Or with one of our other tutors, all of whom are more pleasant than I am -- I'm basically the Night King of GMAT tutoring.) There are more valuable prizes out there (props to MGMAT in particular for offering some generous stuff!), but I'm honored to meet whichever winner is unlucky enough to end up with me. ;)

And more importantly: hey, I bow down to the work ethic of the dozens and dozens of members who have been slugging away at this, day after day. You all deserve cookies.
