"Housing Options: There are numerous housing options and neighborhoods available. The most common are the Rosslyn neighbor hood or Dupont Circle neighborhood. Other common areas are Georgetown and Glover Park."

As mentioned by Alchemist10, most of the students stay in the following region.

1. Rosslyn.
2. Dupont Circle.
3. Arlington.

There are bus services by the school. Rossyln and Dupont circle routes are operated every 10 minutes and Arlington region every hour. So you don't have to worry about transportation if you plan to live in these regions.

Does Georgetown offer graduate students (including MBAs) to live on campus?

On Rosslyn / Arlington, is it possible to rent an apartment with cost lower than $1,200?

First of all Congrats for getting into Georgetown. For All R2 admits, you will receive the link to welcome website in your offer letter. Through that, Join the official Facebook group. There you will find the link for WhatsApp group.

PS: I know it’s tedious but it will help in verification. Last time a non-admit did it just for experience.
