-> Chances for the above mentioned schools considering my profile
-> Areas in my profile that i can improve upon before the admissions cycle considering that there is more than a year for my target cycle to start.
-> Any avenues through which i can compensate for the low Undergrad GPA.
Thank you

As I understand from your post, you would have 2 years experience by next year. In that case, I'd recommend you wait another year and then apply. You have a perfect GMAt score and are sorted on that front, even for next year. However, GMAT is only one component in the evaluation process and your work experience is still very important. i'd wait a year and spruce this up. With stellar work experience under your belt, you'd be more attractive to b-schools. I'd assume you will also have better idea about yoru career goals.
Its difficult to say whether you should apply to M7 or not without knowing more about your profile. If you do wait another year, we'd be happy to have a discussion with you and guide you to build your profile over the coming year.
Here's an article that outlines 5 steps to overcome a low GPA. I'd say yours is decent, especially when seen together with the GMAT score.
