Your academics and work experience definitely gives you an edge over a lot of other Indian applicants. However, you will need to play your story well and give a theme to it that extends beyond working for one of the best performing firms - Google and one of the fastest growing startups - Grab. You will need to create a story that connects your past experiences and what you aim to do in the future i.e a clear sense of your goals (short and long term) should be coming out from your application.
Ex. If (lets say) your Short Term Goal is to become a Product Manager and Long term to start your own firm, you will need to clearly state how your present skill sets will attribute to your success in the future and how an MBA will propel will career.
What works in your advantage is that Tepper is a school that because of its affiliation with CMU gives preference to applicants with strong technical background. Having said that. this information is pretty much widely available in the OS. Hence, you will need to outshine yourself in your application story, which includes Essays, LOR and form details.
As far as your GMAT is concerned, 700 is slightly below par as far as Indian Applicant pool is concerned. I am sure, if you are able to improve your score by 20 points, you have a strong chance. But again, GMAT score is NOT a Make or Break factor since your application is evaluated holistically. I have worked with Indian clients who have got in to Tepper with scores as low as 680. Hence, I would urge you to draft an impact ful application once you are done with your GMAT and give your best shot.
On a different note, I would also urge you to consider schools such as UCLA, Duke etc.

Industry : Pharmaceutical Consulting
Work Experience : 72 (months)
Under grad : Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (B.Tech - Information technology)
Under grad GPA : 2.4
I have been working for a market research startup which provides data to pharmaceutical companies so that they could help devise strategies related to new brand production, market capture etc. My post is of a regional manager and I been heading a team of 10 people now. earlier the time size was 2. No promotions because hierarchical structure is very less ( only 2 managers above and then the ceo of company). Yet I have handled major projects for company like glenmark pilot, zydus optistox etc. Glenmark was ready to roll out pan india only when they saw success in uttar pradesh and I was the given the role of leading that projects bringing in revenue of Rs 1.5 crore.
Extracurricular : Film making group in hometown, assistant director for the same. directed movies majorly on women issue and farmer labour.
I want to specialise in operations consulting.
Post mba: I want to work in healthcare consulting.

Based on my little experience I think you have pretty solid profile and you have Tepper as a safe school right? I think you are up for good scholarship if you draft your essays well. Also curious the 2.4 gpa in UG- I am assuming you are not unitary converting the 10 gpa scale to a 4 gpa scale. It is almost a miracle to end up with 9 gpa in India whereas almost 30-40% of the class in US School will end up with >=3.6/4.0.(3.6*2.5= 9)
