Another year, and another new set of essays. Where the Ross applicants at? I am applying this fall and can't wait to meet potential Rossies Meanwhile the essays (VERY cool stuff this year!) Please share your short-term and long-term career goals. What skills/strengths do you have that will be relevant to your career goals? How will Ross prepare you for your goals? (300 words Short Answer Questions GROUP 1 I want people to know that I: I turned an idea into action when I: I made a difference when I: GROUP 2 I showed my resilience when I: I was humbled when: I am out of my comfort zone when: GROUP 3 I was aware that I am different when: I find it challenging when people: A valuable thing I have taught someone: Let's get this party started!

You can write bullet points, but I'd probably recommend a short essay articulating changes in around 200-250 words (definitely include that GMAT improvement - that is a BIG PLUS).

Well, I got a hard "no" on possible scholarship opportunities. Hopefully someone else has had more success.

Hey (hopefully) future Rossers! Sorry current students have been out of the loop, fall semester has been intense! Just wanted to reach out and say congrats to all the admits, and I hope to see you around next year! For all of the waitlisted folks out there, don’t give up! There’s a few of my classmates who are some of the top performers in our class who were on the waitlist, so there is indeed hope! I'm pretty awful at this sort of thing typically (was too grateful for the acceptance to really push for any aid). Called the financial aid office and asked if there were further opportunities because I am excited for Ross but certainly keen to inquire on other avenues of support such as x, y, and z. The response to thatwas pretty much "nope sorry". So I basically said "okay figured it was worth asking thanks" and hung up. I don't think I was even close but again I went in pretty weak so be interesting to hear if anyone else had a different result.

they endeavor to call every admit, so far the most part status update with no call is a bad sign (but sure there are some instances where they simply weren't able to make the call first) Posted from my mobile device
