Wrote to Pina and she has advised that I will be invited to the interview shortly. There is no chance of a scholarship if I get admitted now I guess as most of it would have been disbursed.

Not true. Last year I was admitted for the first time and received $40k scholarship (the highest I believe) in May, so there are still tons of scholarships available I would imagine. Don't lose hope.
Was informed over a telephone call and was told that rest of the details would be emailed early next week (this week).
