Upon (hopeful) matriculation, meaning 9/18. Submission of application does not equal enrollment, unfortunately.
I'm on the verge of submitting my HBS application and have a query about TOEFL score waiver. I submitted my TOEFL scores to HBS when I registered for the exam. Should I enter my unofficial scores in the test scores section? Can i request for waiver, considering that my undergraduate medium of instruction is English? Or is it not possible because I already sent my official scores to HBS?
ps: My toefl score is 109 (L:30, R:27, S:28, W:24)
I think that's fine. From what I have seen in the app, if you enter your TOEFL score it automatically imports another form for you to mention the language of your undergrad instruction. If you haven't self reported your TOEFL score in the app, I don't think they'll care about looking up your official score. Either way it won't matter.
Well i'm at an OK place. I thought I'd turn it in over the weekend but I had a very hectic last week and this weekend just was spent on unwinding.
I'm done with my essays and one recommendation is sent. The other one, hopefully, will be in Monday. So will be my app. After some caffeinated proof reading.
Oh man. If I am super honest with you, I have very little chance at HBS! So does everybody, but mine is one hundredth of the regular joe at HBS! But hope takes over better judgment. There goes my $225

Why would you say that? You GMAT score, GPA and industry look good enough!
I am pretty sure most of us feel that we've got 1/100th of a percent chance compared to others (me with my GPA)..but seriosuly I can't stop checking my email.......even though I know there is nothing coming until October...this is going to be a longgggg month.
Quick question: Does the application status page give you a confirmation if your official GMAT scores have been received by the school? I sent them awhile ago, but I do not see any way to confirm this from the school.
Thanks for the help team! Officially completed this morning. Good luck to everyone!
