I think we can all agree that the worst part of waiting is deciding if you should get a haircut yet or not... I'm right there where if I interview this week my hair looks good and I don't run the risk of a bad haircut but any longer and I'll have to take that risk. I feel like I may be focussing on the wrong things here...

As per the last year threads, people from India didn't get invites until november. Not sure if that's the case this time as well.

do adcoms evaluate your profile before the interview or after the interview is complete? Any ideas?

Kellogg's official policy is that they do not read your application until you have completed an interview. However, if you request an off campus interview and you live in a remote area or an area with a lot of applicants (such as India) where it will be logistically difficult to schedule an interview with an alum in your area, you may receive an interview waiver. This will allow them to review your application without an interview. Then if after they review your app they are interested in learning more they will reach out to schedule a skype interview.
