Hi MBAPrepCoach , Thanks for replying so quickly. I did see the "Exclude" button, but was unsure if i should use it, as the recommendation is already submitted. 1 - Does exclude & readd reopen the recommendation for the recommender? 2- From a perception point of view, does exclude recommender post recommendation submission seem suspicious? or am i just being paranoid?

Some programs allow the recommender to just reupload their letter using the same link they had before as long as it's before the deadline. In this case with the re-add, they don't know what the situation was and honestly I'm not even sure if they see the switch on their end or just go from what was submitted once the materials are locked on the deadline date. Either way, I definitely do NOT think a re-add would seem suspicious. People are in this situation more than you would think. Do not lose any sleep over it!

I did ask my recommender to check if he can just use the link again & upload a different file, but it seems he was unable to. But thanks for the assurance that a re-add is not a big thing.

Anyone else having trouble filling up the employment section? There seems to be a 220 character limit to "Description of duties" and that's hardly 30 words. Is this normal? Almost every other school wanted a short paragraph here.

I was under the impression that it was 250 characters, but either way, that's the way it is, and many other top schools do have very similar limitations on the data form. It is normal -- they get the most critical info on your jobs from your resume. You don't have to write in full sentences -- just summarize your main responsibilities. Hope that helps!

Just finished my video interview. I ran out of time in the 2nd answer, and it cut me off mid-sentence. That probably doesn't help my chances, but I guess it could've gone worse. Nothing to do now but wait!
