Oh damn , i thought it was last night!

Does it mean that even if we have submitted, we can modify the details?

I tried submitting a couple hours ago, clicked submit, and it just showed me the loading/spinning logo for a few seconds and bounced me back to the homepage. Didnt get any sign that they received it (the application site still shows that I havent applied at all) and didnt get an email either.

Any of you guys have that problem?

Try refreshing, it could be that you have logged out.

thanks.. i’ll try submitting again... did you guys get any sort of confirmation?

Got an email confirming application submission. Turns out you can still modify the application as long as deadline is open.

I think the uploading function of the scholarship portal was a bit faulty. I wasn't sure if it did upload my supporting documents. I emailed the finance manager to double check and was told I didn't have any supporting documents. But she was kind to ask me to reply her with the documents and that was it!

The outcome for R2 is on 16Feb but the lucky ones among us might get that magic call a day or two before.

Hopefully! It will be painful waiting until the 16th!

Probably just speculating here but does anybody know whether the first application assessment done prior to the interview is just a high level review and the admissions committee will now do a deep dive into the application and essays?

I'm not the best one to reply to this matter but in my own opinion all that should have been done prior to the interview invite. From what I understood in my research, if there is a discrepancy between the two interviews (i.e. one is positive and the other one is negative) the admissions team will have to do another review (essays, profile, video interview) in order to make a decision. If anyone has other insight would love to hear it :-D

Hi!

I've read in quite a few places that it is much more recommended to apply in R1 Jan intake than in R4 Sept intake (you would only be starting a few months after the Sept intake), it also seems like no scholarships are given out in R4, so I would personally choose to apply in R1 Jan instead.

With that said, I think INSEAD is one of the only European schools (from my research) that actually has equal round acceptance numbers (~100 per round) so if you do have a strong/unique profile and don’t care for scholarships then R4 might actually work out nicely for you.

Best of luck :-)

Not true. They have the same acceptance rate, but not the number of accepted students per round. R3 and R4 usually have fewer students applying than R1&2.

I'd apply for the January 2019 intake, it's only a couple of months later and you'd have a chance to get scholarship or financial aid in an earlier round
