Hi sjas, first of all, thank you for taking time and replying.
I have 24 months of rnd rex. And in parallel I was working on my startup. Will that count? Also I have been volunteering and building up my ec through certificate courses and blog writing. Will I be able to put up a strong case through this?
I prefer to apply this year, if I stand a good chance. Otherwise I will just have to wait one more year.

Hi,
The professional experience will remain the same and the entrepreneurial experience matters. I suggested you to make your profile stronger in an year. There is no harm in applying this year though. Admit chances will depend upon essays, LOR's, etc.
In today's world, women's are encouraged to come up and take leadership roles. HEC is also encouraging this and they want to increase female ratio in the classroom. They offer them scholarships and admits at low GMAT as well.
Do one thing quickly if you haven't done - go to HEC website and enroll for an unofficial assessment. One of the admission director will reply you soon.

I'm Srikanth (Indian Male). Need my profile evaluation for HEC Paris Sep 2020/Jan 2021 intake for MBA.
Academic Qualifications: B.Tech + M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering specialised in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from IIT Bombay (5 year dual degree program 2011-2016)
GPA: 6.4/10
Extra curricular activities: Active involvement in numerous cultural activities (Dance) during my IITB stay. Won individual as well as team awards in competitions for the contribution.
Also, was active on social media with YouTube videos (over 1mn views for a video)
Professional Experience: Total 3 years till date
Worked for 1 year in a Packaged food start up as a Business planner. Responsible for end-to-end supply planning including, Production planning, Material planning, Inventory Management as well as Order fulfilment.
Post this, I joined Cipla, a $2Bn pharmaceutical company, as a Manager - Order fulfilment (as a part of Supply Chain Management function) responsible for managing a $0.1Bn tender based business. USP of the business that I handle is the involved humanitarian factor. The focus is in therapies for diseases such as AIDS, Malaria & Cancer. The customers we deal are funding organisations led by philanthropists such as Bill Gates. It has been 2 years in Cipla and I'm managing the same business. I believe my Community work is taken care of by this.
Achievements in work: Rated Top 10% in the company for both the years & Received an annual achiever award for the contribution towards Customer Excellence.
International Exposure: No living international experience. However, second level line manager, who is the Supply chain head, is a South African (One of the LORs)
GRE: 323 (Q168 V155)
Post MBA Goals:
1. Short term goals: Strategy roles in Health care industry (Open for Health care consulting)
2. Long term goals: Grow up the ladder
