Hi Anubury,
We are currently working with somebody who is doing the same work as yours (bid preparation and qualification), so I have quite an idea about what your work entails. What exactly is your role? Are you leading projects/ bids etc. or do you work as a team member? What are your achievements at work?
Your academics are good and the GMAT is average. The school results don't matter.
My concern is that a lot of activities you have listed are from the time of your college or schooling. What have you done more recently? What leadership have you displayed at work or in extra curricular activities?
You have written about a XAT score. If it interests you, you could apply to ISB among the Indian school with your GMAT score.
Reach out to discuss further.
