We asked this question to UNC adcom in our recent live chat and following was her response...

"Our early action deadline just closed on Monday. We are evaluating applications and should be sending out interview invites by end of next week."

interview deadline is the evening of november 25th. so it's very unlikely that you will get an invite at this point, especially since i took one of the last available skype slots.

I checked last couple of years' application data; Hardly any invite by EA applicants had reported on forum after the first week of Nov, so as you said, chance of getting an interview invite at this point is unlikely.
