How much kellogg give weightage to interview ??, anyone has any idea ??

Any one here who has applied for 1 year Program ? Just want to check if all of us have recieved mails from current 1Y student to have a chat on Life and Career prospect at Kellogg. Btw, I love this initiative and dedication of Kellogg Admission Team and current students !

Very interesting Nikhil, also interesting to note the contrast between 18-21 and 14-16 data. Do you think post interview odds have climbed so much in the years between, or are other factors at play> For Reference - 18-21 data referenced in Nikhils link vs Old Data by Narenn Notable Jumps for Kellogg from 37 - 51%?, Tuck 42-57%? Sloan 46-61%? Most jumping about 10% Darden/UCLA/HBS notably flat, but Johnson jumping to almost interview = acceptance

I did, They do this every year. I spoke to several of them last year too. They provide great insights!! 51% for kellogg is highly unlikely. They Interview almost everyone

True, this would put their acceptance rate at a little below 50%? That definitely doesn’t seem to be the case

Contrary to what people believe, Kellogg only ends up interviewing 85%ish people even now. But 51% would still put it at 42% which is well above the roughly 26% admit rate P&Q estimates for Kellogg. 26/85, gives 31% closer to the old data estimate of 37%.

For those who had the option to schedule an interview - was your interview with adcom or a student? My interview is in less than 24 hours and I still don't know who I'll be interviewing with.
