Pretty laid back interview, similar questions to what others have posted already. My interviewer didn't have the same background as me, so practice in explaining your experience stories without the technical flavor would greatly help.

I had my interview on Saturday, by a 2nd yr student.
Very conversational and typical questions:
- walk me through your resume
- your strengths and weaknesses
- how you define leadership
- a time of conflict at workplace
- questions for me
luckily, the student was from the same industry so he understood jargon, locations and quirks of the industry - made it that much easier.

But i believe I have a strong profile with 3.5 years of work experience as a Manager in a consulting firm of India's second largest real estate developers. Also, experience in running my own family Agri- Business. Can anyone please tell me what are my chances of getting in?
