Do calls go out both the 13th and 14th? Do they usually call international or US applicants first? Or is there not really a pattern?

We have seen, from R1, that calls go out on both days i.e 13th and 14th to all the admitted applicants including international applicants. However, there is no particular pattern on who gets the call first.
