I submitted the application at Jan.14th, until now there isn't any response, when I checked the status it shows " under review" does it mean I am out? I heard some friends they already received R3 interview invitation... so sad....

I think that they're still rolling out interview invites for the January round... I got mine just last Friday.

off-site interviews are granted only till Round 2. If you get an invite now, you will have to interview in NY.

The number of posts for the 16-17 cycle is 30% of the 15-16.

Stern seems to have lost a lot of applicants - could be due to last year's ranking fall?

It's weird, coz both statistically and anecdotally, it is ahead of a lot of schools - probably on par with Ross.

I submitted for R3, but haven't heard back yet. I think it is practically a ding. Anyone can point out where I fall behind competition?
GMAT: 720 GPA:3.4
US college, US master, 5yr WE in financial technology prod mgmt/consulting in NYC. Career goal: tech company prod mgmt

I think my background is competitive enough, I also spent a long time on my essays and elaborating my career goals. I'm surprised of not even getting an interview. Any idea? Thanks
