I interviewed today with a 2nd year student. The interview was very conversational which both of us preferred. Questions and comments listed below. Cheers and good luck to all.
1. Walk me through your resume.
2. Example of a conflict you've worked through.
3. Why Rice.
4. Questions for him.
My interviewer did not have a similar background which I did not expect based on what I had researched so I would be sure to go over your resume and have a plan to explain anything that is rather technical. He explicitly did not ask about leadership experience given my 14 years in the military. We did find some common ground to discuss as his previous employer had contracts with my current employer and had worked on our account. I was also able to touch base with the admissions staff again and follow up to make sure all paperwork from my application was in order. Their admissions staff is super helpful and friendly. All in all a great experience.

Has anyone that applied round 2 received an acceptance call yet? I've already done my interview and received the handwritten note so just anxiously awaiting news.
