I do not think you should worry about it.
As long as you have sent all the required materials, you should be fine.
Moreover, even the ADCOM says: Please don't worry ...

The only thing that I was concerned about was the description in the instruction that says "Incomplete applications cannot be reviewed and will be pushed to the next deadline"
I'd like to confirm whether my application is complete or not.

I have the exact same message regarding my GMAT scores, which I have indeed sent to Dartmouth. In the "Thank you for applying to Tuck" email I got when submitted my application, there was the following paragraph:
Please monitor your application account for the status of materials received as well as your application status. Please note that the material status will change once we process your application. Until then you may see the notation that materials haven't been received. Once your application has been processed we will notify you that your application is complete or if we need further materials.
I think it's safe to say that if we're seeing the above message regarding missing materials, they just haven't gotten around to verifying our applications yet, so I'm not too worried. That said, my other schools seemed to verify my materials and update me on within a week of submission to let me know I was good to go or that something was missing. Regardless, I'll give it another week or so before I start to worry
