While the silhouette of your profile looks good in terms of past acads, expected GMAT and the academic brand on the CV, to be successful at your list of schools you will need to stand out in your professional work experience and extracurricular activities too.
Unlike academic scores, strength in work ex/extracurricular is not easy to measure through a few bullet points.
Depth of your work ex, career progress, key accomplishments, impact on the business of your organization/clients it hat will set you apart from the tough competition that you will face.
Good part is that you have started early- spend the next few months brainstorming and fleshing out these stories.

Nobody can evaluate your profile, when you don't know your GMAT score, at least in ballpark from mock scores.
What you aim doesn't count much
I am sure that is obvious.Anyway, 730 on GMAT will be enough to place you in Ivy schools, since that is their average score.
John Hopkins is not an Ivy, still a good school, NYU and Stanford are top, but they are not Ivy.
Being a female is going to be your advantage from diversification point of view.
Your working experience is relevant, and GPA with addition to being top of the class is certainly commendable.
Extra curricular activities in mental health and human trafficking are particularly interesting and that is going to be your strength in application, that will stand out, and can serve as "bait" for admission committee, to grant you an interview.
All in all, if you do well on GMAT (around 730) you really have good chance at all schools above mentioned.
