1. Attention to detail: Jen had a sharp eye for both big-picture improvements and subtle refinements. She'd often bring up school-specific pointers or anecdotes which I'd told her about during the essay brainstorming phase which could further elevate a very good essay or interview answer to an excellent one.

2. Approachability: Jen was quick to turn around essay drafts and respond to questions, and she encouraged brainstorming ideas over calls. Her feedback was constructive without being overwhelming, and her positive and encouraging nature made it very easy for me to build a strong rapport with her.

3. Global school-specific knowledge: This was one of the biggest pros of working with Jen. Her school-specific insights about programs in the US and Europe were extremely impressive. While I had a very positive experience overall, the upfront cost of the school package can feel high, especially at the beginning of the process. However, I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you are someone who is not very comfortable with writing essays or if you want someone to help you stay on track with deadlines.
