to sell and to predict are already parallel.

how will the fisheries sell and predict? taking advantage of X, standardizing Y & Z

Edit: B is correct. I clearly jumped some hoops unnecessarily expecting much trickery.

'taking advantage..' modifies to sell year-round. The rest needs to eb parallel.
